Patients like you can play a crucial role in helping us improve the lives of all Canadians with chronic kidney disease and glomerulonephritis.

We are recruiting 350 patients with GN from across Canada. Patients will be seen every six months for blood tests and updates regarding their health and well-being. We will use this information to develop strategies for personalized treatment.

Our goal is to improve kidney health for Canadians by understanding:

• how kidney disease progresses in individuals
• who will benefit from innovative treatments
